Interoperability
Dillo is structured to offer you an All Inclusive service: thanks to the Api methods it is possible to transfer communications from one channel to another in real time. For example, you can automatically send an email in response to the digits made by the interlocutor during an automatic call, to manage any type of communication always through the most suitable channel.
High delivery capacity
The effectiveness of your email delivery, i.e. the likelihood that a message will reach the recipient’s mailbox, is based on the reputation of the IP addresses from which the email is sent. Reputation is mainly determined on the basis of historical trends; if an address often sends low-quality content, its reputation level will be equally low. Dillo Email always keeps the reputation level of mailbox providers high thanks to active spam and malicious content filtering.
Authentication
When an Internet Service Provider (ISP) receives an email, it checks if it is authenticated before forwarding it to the recipient. Authentication proves to the provider that you own the email address from which the email is sent.
Monitoring
Dillo Email API provides several methods of monitoring mail sending activities in order to simplify strategy optimization. Our API is able to acquire information on the entire email response funnel, including the number of submissions, bounces, complaints and denials, deliveries, openings, clicks.
Sender reputation management
Dillo Email API includes a Sender Reputation Control Panel, with which you can monitor for issues that could affect the effectiveness of mail delivery. This dashboard tracks account errors and complaint rates, also keeps you informed of events that may affect delivery effectiveness (e.g. Spamtrap), references blocked domains in emails, and creates reports from reputable antispam resources.
By tracking this information, you can take immediate corrective action to protect your reputation as a sender.
